Ruiton mill info &
bookings
As a community building the mill can be booked by the day, 24
hours or a full weekend Friday - Sunday.
Rates are:
•
Full day - 10am till 6pm £65
•
24 hour rates are £100 - 10 am till 10 am
•
Weekend rates are £250 - 10 am Friday till 10 am Sunday
A £100 refundable breakage/damage or nuisance deposit will
be required upon booking agreed.

1.
Bookings can only made by a adult.
2.
Strict noise curfews are in place.
3.
All payments must be paid before booking date inc. deposit
4.
Mill car parking must be obeyed.
5.
Breakages or nuisance/noise complaints or lose of keys etc.
will result in deposit being lost & no more future bookings
allowed.
6.
Fire doors must be unlocked on entrance to mill & re-
locked on exit.
7.
Please leave the mill and its contents clean & tidy.
8.
Please note if appliance's /heating are left on by any group
renting the mill , a counter charge will be charged.
